Who I Work With
I particularly enjoy working with therapists in training and early career therapists. Most recently, becoming a mother and parenting young children, has deepened my understanding of life’s transitions, the rhythms of caregiving, and the shifting layers of identity. I love working with activists and organizers, artists, healers, and the LGBTQIPA2S+ community.

What I Do
I specialize in the treatment of depression, anxiety, C-PTSD, PTSD, dissociation, couples and relationships, queer invisibility, parent/child adult relationships, climate anxiety, and managing neurodiversity. I love working with activists and organizers, artists, healers/therapists, and the LGBTQIA+ community. I am sex and body positive and strive to create an anti-oppressive, non-judgemental space.

How I Do It
I’m EMDR certified and IFS Level 1 trained and EMDR trained clinician and draw from psychodynamic therapy, feminist therapy, family therapy, and mindfulness and somatic modalities in my work. In addition to my clinical training, I am a certified yoga and meditation instructor.
