my approach

I have found that when we are our most powerful, resilient selves on the inside, we can show up as our full selves in the world.

I believe that taking care of ourselves is strategic to social change. I support people who dedicate their lives to helping others, and oftentimes lose themselves in the process.

I believe that as we develop inner knowing, we become better able to serve the world, our communities, and most importantly, ourselves.

I will accompany you as guide to the hardest and scariest parts of yourself that you haven’t felt safe to share. Many of us feel a tremendous amount of shame and like we don’t belong. In “my office” you can find a space of acceptance, radical compassion, and care. I help my clients have compassion for all parts of themselves, their stories, and their desires. I want to help you bring more sweetness and pleasure into your life and into the world.
